Circa 1884 Ulysses S Grant terra cotta bust sculpture. Excellent condition overall, full bust sculpture of U.S. President Grant, finished in a bronze-gold patina. The back of the piece is stamped "GLEN FALLS / TERRA COTTA & BRICK CO / GLEN FALLS, N.Y.". Also stamped "W. J. SCULPTOR". The front lower edge is stamped "GRANT". This piece is very well executed. Measures 21" height, 16" wide. Overall weight has to be 50+ pounds. No shipping on this this item, either pick-up or local delivery.
