Fine+ overall condition of this U.S. issue early puppy-paw oval plate and belt. U.S. plate has a wonderful untouched patina, with distinct U.S. The leather buff belt is mint, with brass belt adjuster. Leather is pliable and sturdy. Excellent condition early U.S. belt rig.
